क्या भारत कोरोना को हरा पायेगा ?

क्या भारत Corona को हरा पाएगा जी हां आज यही सवाल हर किसी को सता रहा है ? आज पूरी दुनियां इस महामारी को हराने के लिए अपने पूरे प्रयास कर रही है। दक्षिण कोरिया एक ऐसा देश है जिसे अपने प्रयासों में कामयाबी मिली है। दक्षिण कोरिया ने हर नागरिक का टैस्ट करने की नीति को अपनाया और आज वो इस में कामयाब हो रहे है। उन्होंने Social Distancing और Sanitation पर भी अमल किया। वहां की जनता ने भी सरकार को पूरा सहयोग दिया है। लेकिन भारत की बात करे तो यहां पर अभी तक 6 मार्च तक 3404 टेस्ट किए थे। 30 मार्च तक भारत ने 38,442 टेस्ट ही किए। यानि 24 दिनों में भी भारत एक लाख टेस्ट नहीं कर सका। 

सवाल उठ रहा है कि क्या भारत को इस वक्त तक पता भी है कि कोरोना किस हद तक फैल चुका है? क्या कम टेस्ट करके इसका जवाब हासिल किया जा सकता है? या भारत टेस्ट कम कर रहा है? क्यों कम टेस्ट कर रहा है क्या भारत के पास टेस्ट किट नहीं हैं? भारत में पिछले एक सप्ताह से Corona के मरीज बढ़ रहे है।  अमेरिका ने यही लापरवाही बरती शुरुआत में उन्होंने भी टैस्ट नहीं किये नतीजा एक सप्ताह में ही मरीज़ो की संख्या एक लाख को पर कर गई। यही गलती भारत में हो रही है टैस्ट काम किये जा रहे है और शायद इसलिए भारत में कोरोना पेशेंट का आंकड़ा कम नजर आ रहा है। भारत सरकार को टेस्टिंग पर तेजी से काम करने की आवश्यकता है तभी ये लड़ाई जीती जा सकती है।

जिस संकट का सामना आज सारा विश्व कर रहा है और उससे निकलने के उपाय तलाश कर रहा है ये वही दुनिया है वही मानव है जो निरंतर भागा जा रहा था एक अंतहीन इच्छापूर्ति के लिए, जिसने प्रकृति को रोंध कर अपने आपको सर्वश्रेष्ठ साबित करने के लिए सब कुछ दाव पर लगा दिया। कोई सारे विश्व पर राज करने का अभिलाषी बन गया तो कोई सारी दुनियां को अपने उंगलियों पर नचाने का सपना देखने लगा। नित नए नए हथियारों को बनाने की होड़ में लगा इंसान भगवान को प्रकृति को भुला बैठा। लेकिन आज छोटे से न दिखाई देने वाले वायरस ने पूरी दुनियां को हिला दिया। ये संकट किसी और का नहीं बल्कि स्वयं इंसान का लाया हुआ है प्रकृति आज फिर से चेतावनी दे रही है कि हे इंसान यदि इस धरती पर जीना चाहता है तो संभल जा वरना तेरी हस्ती कुछ भी नहीं क्यूं इतना घमंड करता है अपने तुच्छ ज्ञान पर। अभी तो प्रकृति के तरकश में पता नहीं कितने तीर होंगें ये तो छोटा सा वायरस निकला है यदि इसी प्रकार से मानव प्रकृति को रोंधता रहा तो निश्चित रूप से प्रकृति अपना अहसास मानव को करवाती रहेगी । जो लोग कहते थे कहां है भगवान आज सब यही कह रहे है अब तो केवल भगवान ही बचा सकते हैं। इसलिए आज मानव को अपने आपको एक दूसरे से श्रेष्ठ दिखाने की होड़ छोड़नी होगी ।अपने स्वार्थों के लिए दूसरों का अस्तित्व मिटाने से अपने आप को रोकना होगा। शायद हम कुछ समय और इस धरती पर गुजार सके ।

प्रवासी लोगों की मजबूरी

भारत में Corona से बचने के लिए सरकार ने पहले तो जनता कर्फ्यू जो एक दिन के लिए था लगाया लेकिन जब देखा स्थिति गंभीर है या बन सकती हैं तो 21 दिन तक पूर्ण बंद करना पड़ा केवल जरूरी सेवाएं ही जारी रखी जाएगी ऐसा कठोर फैसला लेना पड़ा। लेकिन सरकार ने बड़े नगरो में कम कर रहे हजारों लाखों प्रवासी लोगो के लिए जिनके पास अब ना कोई काम है और ना खाने पीने और रहने का जरिया है इस ओर ध्यान दिया। अब सभी ऐसे लोग अपने मूल स्थान की ओर लौटना शुरू हो चुके है। ऐसे में जब आने जाने की सभी सेवाएं बंद है इन लोगो के कई कई सौ किलोमिटर का सफ़र पैदल वो बिना किसी खाने पीने के करना है। इनके साथ परिवार है छोटे छोटे बच्चे है सामान भी साथ है उपर से मौसम की मार । Corona के फैलने का डर सो अलग। इसलिए सरकार को चाहिए इन बेबस लोगो को तुरन्त इनके गंतव्य तक पहुंचाने का प्रबन्ध करे।

जिस प्रकार से Corona की मार दुनियां में बढ़ती जा रही है इसका व्यापक असर भी पूरी दुनियां पर कई वर्षों तक दिखाई देगा। जब जब दुनियां में ऐसी महामारी आती है उससे मानवीय क्षति तो होती है आर्थिक क्षति भी होती है जिससे उबरने में समय लगता है। अमेरिका में चीन से भी ज्यादा प्रभाव दिखाई दे रहा है यहां पर 85000 से ज्यादा लोग संक्रमित हो गए हैं और इटली में सबसे अधिक मौत के मामले सामने आए हैं। 

भारत में पूरे प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं ताकि इस महामारी से कम से कम नुकसान हो। हर प्रकार की सुविधा लोगो को देने की कोशिश की जा रही है। हालांकि बहुत से प्रवासी मजदूर lockdown होने की वजह से अपने घर जा रहे है और इसलिए इन लोगों ने पैदल ही अपने घर की ओर जाने का सफर शुरू कर दिया है क्योंकि इस वक्त आने जाने का कोई साधन नहीं है इन लोगों के सामने लंबा सफ़र है उपर से खाने पीने की व्यवस्था भी नहीं है। ऐसे लोगों को उनके गंतव्य तक पहुंचने के लिए सरकार को प्रबंध करने होंगे। 

ऐसे संकट के समय में बहुत से संघठन आगे आए हैं और इन लोगो को मदद कर रहे है। बहुत से लोग रहन बसेरों में रहने वाले और फुटपाथ पर रहने वाले भी इस समय सरकार पर व इन सामाजिक संगठनों पर निर्भर है । और ये लोग इन लोगो की मदद को आगे आए हैं। यदि हम सब इसी तरह से काम करते रहे तो निश्चित रूप से Corona को हरा देंगे।

कोरोना की सुनामी 

सारी दुनिया एक खौफ में है कि पता नहीं कल क्या होगा किसी न किसी तरह से एक दिन गुजारते है और अगले दिन का इंतजार एक खौफनाक इंतजार, ऐसी घड़ी ऐसा वक्त ज्यादातर लोगो ने पहली बार देखा है क्योंकि इससे पहले पुरे विश्व में कई महामारियां अपने बुरे परिणाम दिखा चुकी है और लाखों लोग अपनी जान  इन महामारियों में गवां चुके है। आज के दौर बहुत सी महामारियों को  पूरी तरह से खत्म किया जा चूका है। अपने देश भारत की बात करें तो आज भी कुछ लोग उस वक्त के गवाह है जब भारत में चेचक महामारी ने 1960 के दशक में अपना रौद्र रूप दिखाया था। हमारे बुजुर्ग बताते है कि परिवार के परिवार इस महामारी में ख़त्म हो गए थे। आज भी ये लोग उस भयावाह दृश्य को याद कर अपने सगे-सम्बन्धियों याद करते है जो इस महामारी की भेंट चढ़ गए थे। 

आज चीन, इटली, ईरान, स्पेन, अमेरिका समेत दुनियां के 180 से भी ज्यादा देशों में मौत का तांडव कर चुका कोरोना वायरस भारत में भी पैर पसार चुका है। पूरी दुनिया में 16000 से भी ज्यादा लोग इसकी भेंट चढ़ चढ़ चुके है। भारत में इसके प्रकोप से बचने के लिए पुरे देश में 21  दिन का lockdown  कर दिया गया है और देखा जाये तो भारत के पास इसके अलावा कोरोना से बचने का दूसरा कोई उपाय भी नहीं है। भारत को सम्भलने  मौका मिला है जबकि कई देशों ने मौका मिलने के बावजूद इसको हलके में लिया और आज वो बहुत दुःख भरी और असहाय परिस्थिति से गुजर रहे है। भारत के लोगों को सरकार के प्रयास सफल बनाने के लिए और अपनी खुद की सुरक्षा के लिए उन सब दिशा निर्देशों का पालन करना चाहिए जो सरकार की तरफ से व् स्वास्थ्य विभाग की तरफ से जारी किये गए है।

लाशों का शहर

जी हां एक ऐसा देश जिसे 15 दिन पहले तक दुनियां का सबसे खूबसूरत देश होने का गौरव प्राप्त था। जिस देश में दुनिया की आला दरजे की मेडिकल सुविधाएं प्राप्त थी आज वो देश मौत का शहर बन गया है एक सप्ताह में 5 हजार मौत । जी हां आप जानते ही होंगे इटली एक बहुत ही खूबसूरत देश 6 करोड़ की जनसंख्या जो बहुत इत्मीनान से इस खूबसरत देश में आला दरजे की सुख सुवधाओं का आनंद ले रही थी कि अचानक एक रहस्य मय छिपा हुआ राक्षस 7 दिन में 5000 लोगो को निगल गया। और अभी तो सिलसिला थमा नहीं है कितने अभी इसकी भेंट चढ़ने है ये बताना मुश्किल है । चीन से शुरू होकर 188 देशों में अपना कहर बरपा चुका है और सबसे ज्यादा हाहाकार तो चीन, इटली, स्पेन, ईरान, अमेरिका में मचा रखा है। वो शहर जिन्हें ना दिन पता होता था ना रात, जिन सड़कों पर वाहनों की लम्बी कतारें कभी खत्म नहीं होती थी, 100-100 फीट चोड़ी सड़के भी कम लगने लगती थी आज वहां पर इतनी खामोशी छाईं है जैसे यहां कभी कुछ था ही नहीं। 

            क्या ये सब इतना अचानक हुआ कि इसका पहले किसी को अहसास तक नहीं था या फिर इसका पता होने के बावजूद हम इतने सक्षम नहीं की इस अनहोनी को रोक सके। लेकिन इन सब सवालों के जवाब आने वाले समय में पता लगेंगे। एक बात जरूर है कि इंसान जितना ज्यादा तरक्की करता जा रहा है उसका जीवन भी उतना पेचीदा होता जा रहा है। इंसान जीवन को सुखमय बनाना चाहता है दुसरे और इतने हथियारों का निर्माण कर रहा है कि दूसरे के सुख को नहीं देख पा रहा है उनको खत्म करना चाहता है । लेकिन विडम्बना ये है कि खुद एक छोटे से वायरस से मुकाबला नहीं कर पा रहा है । और सोचता है सारी दुनिया में उसका राज हो दूसरों को मारना चाहता है लेकिन खुद को बचा नहीं पा रहा है। आज एक वायरस ने सारी दुनिया को घुटनों पर ला दिया। हर देश हथियारों की दौड़ लगा रहा है करोड़ों अरबों से हथियार बना रहा है, बेच रहा है, खरीद रहा है लेकिन क्यूं। जब हम किसी को बचा नहीं सकते तो उसको मारने का भी हमें कोई हक नहीं है। आज हर देश के नागरिक को इस पर नए सिरे से सोचने की जरूरत है कि हमारे सियासतदां क्या चाहते हैं और हम क्या चाहते हैं ?

Today a virus brought the whole world to its knees. Every country is running an arms race, making, selling, buying weapons with crores of billions, but why. When we cannot save someone, we have no right to kill him. Today the citizens of every country need to think afresh on what our political leaders want and what we want?

कोरोना बनाम कुर्सी का रोना !

           भारत विश्व का सबसे बड़ा लोकतंत्र है और लोकतंत्र में राजनीति क्या क्या खेल खेलती है ये आज देखने योग्य है पूरी दुनिया आज एक महामारी से मानव जाती को बचाने में जुटी है लेकिन भारत में इसके साथ साथ कुर्सी का खेल जारी है। ऐसा लगता है कोरोना से ज्यादा चिंता हमारे राजनेताओं को कुर्सी की है।  कोरोना का क्या है उसको तो कुर्सी मिलने पर भी निपट लेंगे लेकिन कुर्सी नहीं मिली या 10 -15 दिन बाद मिली तो वो देश को कोरोना से ज्यादा नुकसान दे सकता है इसके पीछे हमारे नेताओं की शायद यही सोच रही होगी।  इसलिए कोरोना से ज्यादा कुर्सी का रोना हो रहा है। आज जब मध्य प्रदेश में कमलनाथ सरकार का इस्तीफा हो रहा है और बीजेपी की सरकार सत्ता की तैयारी कर रही है तब कुछ समय के लिए कोरोना का प्रभाव देश में कम हो या हम कोरोना से ये प्रार्थना करे की भाई कोरोना तू ही थोड़ी देर रुक जा पहले हम अपनी कुर्सी की सेटिंग कर ले फिर तेरे से दो दो हाथ करेंगे।  

          देश में हालात आज ऐसे है कि एक बहुत बड़ी त्रासदी देश की ओर बड़ रही लेकिन हम अब भी उसी मानसिकता के साथ चल रहे है यानि कुछ नहीं होगा या जब होगा देखा जायेगा । और यही हालात रहे तो स्थिति बद से बद्तर होने में समय नहीं लगेगा।  हमारे माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ने 22 मार्च को जनता कर्फु का आह्वान किया है लेकिन हमें उससे आगे बढ़कर कम से कम एक सप्ताह तक जनता कर्फु लगाकर चलना चाहिए। ये इसलिए भी जरूरी है कि हमारे देश में जनसंख्या घनत्व अधिक है अन्य देशों की बजाय जिससे संक्रमण ज्यादा लोगो को और अधिक तेजी से फैल सकता है दूसरे हमारे यहां स्वास्थय सुविद्या भी अन्य देशों की बजाय कमतर है।  क्योंकि इतनी ज्यादा जनसंख्या को एक साथ इलाज मिलना मुमकिन नहीं होगा।  और इसलिए बार बार WHO भारत को आगाह कर रहा है। इसलिए हमारे देश के नेताओं को कुर्सी की चिंता कुछ दिन छोड़कर जनता के स्वास्थ्य पर ध्यान लगाना होगा और जनता को भी सरकार का पूरा सहयोग करना होगा तभी हम कोरोना को हरा सकते है।

Our honorable Prime Minister has given a call for Janata Karfu on 22 March but we should go ahead and apply Janata Curfu for at least a week. It is also important that the population density in our country is more than other countries, so that the infection can spread more quickly to more people, other health facilities in our country are also less than other countries. Because it would not be possible for such a large population to get treatment together. And hence WHO is repeatedly warning India. Therefore, the leaders of our country will have to take care of the chair for a few days and focus on the health of the people and the people will also have to fully support the government, only then we can defeat Corona.

सावधानी हटी दुर्घटना घटी !
          

         आज जब मै इस वक्त ये ब्लॉग लिख रहा हूँ भारत में कोरोना के 173 केस हो चुके है।  देश में एक अजीब सा सन्नाटा पसरता जा रहा है। हर कोई इस इस बात से चिंतित है कि पता नहीं अगले 10-15 दिन कैसे होंगे क्योंकि इन्ही 15 दिनों में भारत में कोरोना का प्रभाव का पता चलेगा।  उम्मीद करते है कि सब कुछ ठीक रहे और ये सब ठीक रहना हमारे खुद के उप्पर निर्भर करेगा कि हम कितना सहयोग करते है सरकार के साथ और अपने समाज के साथ। 

 यदि हम अगले 15 दिन अपने आप को पूरी तरह से नियंत्रण में रखते है और सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशा निर्देशों का पालन करते है तो हम निश्चित रूप से इस भयावाह त्रासदी से खुद को और पुरे देश व समाज को बचा सकते है।  वरना भारत में परिणाम स्पेन व इटली से भी बध्तर होंगे।  अब ये फैसला हमे करना हे कि क्या चाहिए ।  मेरी सभी से पुरजोर विनती है इस संकट की घड़ी में खुद को व पुरे देश को बचाने में सहयोग करे।

महामारी से हाहाकार

कोरोना ! कोरोना !
भारत में कोरोना धीरे धीरे पैर पसार रहा है। लेकिन भारत की सरकार ने समय रहते बहुत ही सरहानीय कदम उठाय जिस कारण से अभी तक भारत में कोरोना का प्रभाव अन्य देशो अपेक्षा बहुत कम हुआ है लेकिन इसका ये मतलब कतई नहीं है की भारत इससे बचा रहेगा। देश के सभी नागरिको को सरकार का साथ देना होगा वो भी पूरी ईमानदारी के साथ।  यदि आज हम सरकार का पूरी तरह से सहयोग करते है तो निश्चित रूप से इस महामारी से बच सकते है और देश को बहुत बड़े नुकसान से बचा सकते है।
