Corona : लड़ाई से संधि तक

जब भारत में Corona का आगमन हुआ था तो हम Lockdown के हथियार से लैस होकर Corona से लड़ाई लड़ने निकाल पड़े । और पहले 21 दिन तक इस हथियार से हमने Corona को खूब छकाया। एक बार तो ऐसा लगने लगा था कि हम बस जीतने ही वाले है और पूरे संसार में हमारी जीत के चर्चे शुरू भी हो चुके थे। बड़े बड़े विकसित मुल्क और संसार की नामी गिरामी संस्थाएं हमारी रणनीति के गुणगान करने लग पड़ी थी। संसार में चारों ओर हमारी नीति और नेताओं के चर्चे चल पड़े, हमारे नेताओ के सीने 56 से भी पार निकाल गए। दुनियां के धुरंधर नेता हमारे नेताओं के आगे बोने होते दिख रहे थे। लेकिन Corona अपनी कछुआ चाल से आगे बढ़ रहा था और हम खरगोस की भांति भागे जा रहे थे, हम इतना तेज भाग रहे थे कि हमने उन गरीब मजदूरों का भी ख्याल नहीं किया जिनके पास बुनियादी सुविधाएं भी नहीं थी, यहां तक कि खाने का भी सामान नहीं था । अब ऐसे हालात में कोई कब तक लड़ सकता है। और यही कमी इस लड़ाई में सबसे कमजोर कड़ी साबित हुई।

सरकार ने आधे अधूरे हथियारों से लड़ाई की शुरुआत की थी। दुश्मन की शक्ति और अपनी कमजोरी को सही से नहीं पहचाना और इसका ये नतीजा निकला जैसे जैसे समय गुजरता गया हम हार की ओर बढ़ते गए और दुश्मन हम पर भारी होता चला गया। और अब सरकार को भी अहसास हो चुका है ये लड़ाई Lockdown से नहीं जीती जाएगी तो सरकार ने Corona से संधि करना उचित समझा । और ये संधि भी एकतरफा है यानी हमारी तरफ से संधि है Corona की ओर से ऐसा कोई वादा नहीं है। जो सामूहिक लड़ाई हमने शुरू की थी अब वो लड़ाई व्यक्तिगत हो चुकी है। 

इस पूरी लड़ाई में सरकार ने विपक्ष को अनदेखा किया और WHO  की गाइडलाइन को भी सरकार ने पूरी तरह से नहीं फॉलो किया । सरकार ने केवल Lockdown को ही इलाज मान लिया और जनता ने पहले Lockdown को अंतिम Lockdown समझ कर सरकार का फैसला मानना उचित समझा। लेकिन जब मामले कि गंभीरता समझ आई और खाने पीने का प्रबन्ध भी नहीं हुआ तो लोगों ने अपने मूल निवास की ओर जाना उचित समझा।

   

आज देश में Corona संक्रमण के मामले एक लाख के करीब पहुंच चुके हैं। Corona संक्रमण में एक समय भारत का 100 वां स्थान था लेकिन आज हम 11वें स्थान पर आ चुके हैं। और जिस प्रकार से यह मामले बड़ रहे हैं तो बहुत जल्द हम पहले स्थान पर होंगे। संसार में शायद सबसे भयावाह तस्वीर आने वाले कुछ दिनों में भारत की हो सकती है। इस वक्त देश में जिस प्रकार से लोगों का पलायन चल रहा है इसके परिणाम बहुत बड़ी संख्या में संक्रमण के रूप में आएंगे । यदि इन लोगों को Lockdown से पहले ही अपने अपने घरों को जाने की हिदायत दे दी होती तो आज ये हालात ना होते । इसका दूसरा फायदा ये भी था की उस वक्त संक्रमण बहुत ही सीमित लोगों तक था। जबकि आज यह बहुत ज्यादा फ़ैल चुका है और ऐसे हालात में लोगों का इतनी बड़ी संख्या में एक से दूसरी जगह शिफ्ट होना संक्रमण को फैलाने में आग में घी जैसा काम करेगा।

इस लड़ाई में हम बहुत कुछ खो चुके हैं। लेकिन इसके गंभीर परिणाम लम्बे समय तक सामने आयेंगे। यदि ये कहा जाए की असली मुसीबत तो अभी शुरू हुई है तो कोई अतिश्योक्ति नहीं होगी। इसके बारे में चर्चा अगले लेख में करेंगें। 
Corona: From Battle to Pact

When Corona arrived in India, we came out armed with Lockdown weapons to fight off Corona. And for the first 21 days, we sprayed Corona heavily with this weapon. At one time it seemed that we were just about to win and the discussion of our victory had already started in the whole world. Many developed countries and renowned institutions of the world were beginning to praise our strategy. Our policy and the discussion of leaders all around the world, our leaders' chests were crossed beyond 56. Great leaders of the world were seen sowing in front of our leaders. But Corona was going ahead with its tortoise and we were running like Khargos, we were running so fast that we did not even take care of the poor laborers who did not have basic facilities, even food. There was no luggage. How long can one fight in such a situation now? And this lack proved to be the weakest link in this battle.

The government started fighting with half-finished weapons. The power of the enemy and his weakness were not recognized properly and this resulted in the passing of time as we went towards defeat and the enemy became heavy on us. And now the government has also realized that this battle will not be won by Lockdown, then the government thought it appropriate to make a treaty with Corona. And this treaty is also one sided, that is the treaty from our side, there is no such promise from Corona. The collective fight that we started is now personal.

In this whole battle, the government ignored the opposition and the WHO's guideline was not completely followed by the government. The government accepted Lockdown as the only treatment and the public considered it appropriate to consider the first Lockdown as the final Lockdown. But when the seriousness of the matter was understood and there was no arrangement for eating and drinking, then people thought it appropriate to go to their original residence.

Today, cases of Corona infection in the country have reached close to one lakh. Corona was once India's 100th place in transition but today we are ranked 11th. And the way these matters are increasing, soon we will be in the first place. Perhaps the most frightening picture in the world may be of India in the coming few days. At the moment, the way the migration of people is going on in the country, it will result in a large number of infections. If these people had been instructed to leave their homes before Lockdown, then this situation would not have happened today. Its other advantage was also that at that time the infection was limited to a very limited number of people. Whereas today it has spread too much and in such a situation, shifting such a large number of people from one place to another will work like ghee in the fire to spread the infection.


We have lost a lot in this fight. But its serious consequences will come in the long run. If it is said that the real trouble has just started, then there will be no exaggeration. We will discuss about it in the next article.
