क्या मार्कसीट ही सफलता का पैमाना है ?

दोस्तों आज कल 10वीं व 12वीं के परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित हो रहे हैं और बहुत से विद्यार्थियों को अपेक्षा के अनुरूप परिणाम नहीं आने के कारण निराशा और चिंता ने  घेर लिया है। ऐसे में हर रोज ख़बरें आती है कि परीक्षा परिणाम अच्छा नहीं आने के कारण कई विद्यार्थी गलत कदम उठा रहे हैं और अवसाद ग्रस्त हो रहे हैं। उनके परिजन भी इन्हीं परिस्थितियों से गुजर रहे हैं। दरअसल ये भावना हमारे पूरे समाज में समा चुकी है कि बिना अच्छे मार्क्स के हम कभी भी कामयाब नहीं हो सकते। हम लोगों ने जीवन की सफलता को स्कूल की पढ़ाई से जोड़ दिया है। और पढ़ाई भी वो जो हमारे देश और हमारी संस्कृति से मेल ही नहीं खाती है।

 यदि हम किसी दूसरे देश में जाकर वहां के नागरिकों से ये कहे कि आप लोग हिंदी मीडियम से अपनी पढ़ाई करें तो क्या वो लोग उसको अच्छी तरह से कर पाएंगें? 

दूसरी बात क्या हमारे देश में बच्चों की पढ़ाई के साथ अभिभावकों की काउसिलिंग भी होनी चाहिए ? क्योंकि बच्चों पर पढ़ाई का सबसे ज्यादा दबाव मां बाप द्वारा ही दिया जाता है । आज तक ज्यादातर अभिभावकों को यही लगता है कि 10वीं व 12वीं में ज्यादा से ज्यादा मार्क्स हैं सफलता की सीढ़ी है। 

तीसरी बात हमारी शिक्षा पद्धति शिक्षित तो कर रही है लेकिन वो रोजगार देने में असमर्थ है। एक अध्ययन के अनुसार भारत के 80% इंजीनियरिंग ग्रेजुएट किसी नौकरी पाने के काबिल नहीं है। इसी तरह से अन्य विषयों का भी कुछ कुछ यही हाल है। 

दरअसल ज्यादातर अभिभावक अपने बच्चों को बचपन से ही यही सिखाते हैं कि ज्यादा से ज्यादा मार्क्स ले के आओ। जितने ज्यादा मार्क्स उतनी बड़ी नौकरी। तो बच्चों पर मार्क्स लेने का दबाव बढ़ता रहता है और बहुत से बच्चे इस दबाव से अवसाद ग्रस्त हो जाते हैं। और जब उनके रिजल्ट अपेक्षा के अनुरूप नहीं आते तो वे गलत कदम उठा लेते हैं। 

तारे जमीन पर, थ्री ईडियट्स ऐसी ही और भी कई फिल्में है जिनके द्वारा ये दिखाने की कोशिश की गई कि हमें सफलता के पीछे नहीं भागना है, हमें काबिलियत के पीछे भागना है। यदि हम काबिल होंगे तो सफलता झख मार के भी मिलेगी। कई बार क्या होता है हम अपने बच्चों से वो करवाने की कोशिश करते हैं जिसमें उनका कोई interest नहीं होता है। तो बच्चा उस फील्ड में हमेशा पीछे रह जाता है और वो सोचता उसी की मेहनत में कमी है, अभिभावक भी बच्चे की ही कमी निकलते हैं। एक अकेला बच्चा अपने सपने को पूरा नहीं करता है बल्कि अपने मां बाप के सपने को पूरा करने के लिए मेहनत करता है। 

हम में से कितने ऐसे मां बाप है जो अपने बच्चे से पूछते हैं कि उसे क्या पसंद है, वह क्या करना चाहता है, क्या बनना चाहता है। बस हम उसे बस्ता देकर कह देते हैं तुझे फलां के बच्चे से ज्यादा मार्क्स लेने है । एक बच्चे पर मां बाप, पड़ोसी, रिश्तेदार, स्कूल, अपनी क्लास के बच्चे का दबाव होता है। अब इतने प्रेसर में कोई नॉर्मल कैसे रह सकता है। भारत की जनसंख्या 135 करोड़ है लेकिन आज भी हम खेलों में विश्व स्तर पर गिनती में बहुत पीछे खड़े नजर आते हैं। हमारे बच्चे 90% से ऊपर अंक लेते हैं लेकिन उनमें से कितने बच्चे ऐसे है जो किसी फील्ड में विश्व स्तर पर कोई सफलता हासिल कर पाया हो। आज 10वीं व 12वीं के रिजल्ट आने पर सोशल मीडिया पर अपने बच्चों के रिजल्ट बताने वालों की बाड़ आई हुई है और ये सब वो लोग है जिनके बच्चों ने 90% से ज्यादा मार्क्स लिए है। 90% से कम मार्क्स लेने वालों ने अपने बच्चों का रिजल्ट सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर नहीं किया। मतलब बाकी बच्चों का रिजल्ट कोई मायने नहीं रखता । लेकिन क्या आप लोगों ने कभी नोट किया कि इनमें से कितने बच्चे किसी खास फील्ड में कामयाब हुए है। या जो बच्चे कामयाब है उनके 10वीं, 12वीं में कितने मार्क्स आए थे। 

इस साल सीबीएसई बोर्ड की 12 वीं परीक्षा में 12 लाख बच्चे शामिल हो रहे है। हर राज्य का अपना स्टेट बोर्ड अलग है। उप्र स्टेट बोर्ड में इस वर्ष 23 लाख छात्रों ने परीक्षा दी थी। इस प्रकार से देखा जाये तो हर वर्ष करोड़ों बच्चे 12 वीं की परीक्षा पास करते है और लाखों 90% से ऊपर मार्क्स लेते है। लेकिन इनमें से कितने बच्चे ऐसे है जो असल जिंदगी में कामयाब हो पाते है। या जिनको अपनी पढ़ाई का पूरा क्रेडिट मिल पाता है। लाखों बच्चे तो ऐसे होते है जिनके अवसर ही नहीं मिलता अपनी क़ाबलियत दिखाने का। उनको मज़बूरी में कही ढेला लगाकर अपने परिवार के लिए दो जून की रोटी का बंदोबस्त करना होता है। बहुत से बच्चों को आरक्षण का जिन आगे नहीं बढ़ने देता। वो जहां भी जाते है आरक्षण का जिन उनको आगे खड़ा मिलता है। हमारे देश में बच्चों को पढ़ने के अवसर नहीं मिल पाते है, टेक्निकल एजुकेशन की तो छोड़िये आर्ट्स पढ़ने के लिए भी कॉलेज उपलब्ध नहीं हो पा रहे है। खासकर दूर दराज और गावों में रहने वाली लड़कियों के लिए हालात इससे भी बुरे है। 

अच्छे मार्क्स लेना अच्छी बात है लेकिन अपने उन बच्चों को भी मत भूलों जिनके कम मार्क्स आए हैं। अच्छे मार्क्स कभी भी इस बात की गारंटी नहीं होती कि वो कामयाब होगा। जहां तक संभव हो सके बच्चों को वो सिखाए जो उनका पैशन बन सके। इसका एक फायदा ये होगा कि बच्चा उस काम को कम से कम सुविधाओं में भी करेगा। क्योंकि वो उसका पैशन है। इसलिए अपने बच्चों को अच्छी तालीम के साथ साथ अच्छे संस्कार, जीवन जीने का कला और अच्छा हुनर भी सिखाएं जिसमें उनकी रुचि हो फिर आपका हर बच्चा कामयाब होगा। और भारत आत्मनिर्भर भी होगा।

Secondly, should there be counseling of parents along with education of children in our country? Because most of the pressure on children is given by the parents. Till date most of the parents feel that there are more and more marks in 10th and 12th is the ladder to success.

Thirdly, our education system is educating, but it is unable to provide employment. According to a study, 80% of India's engineering graduates are not eligible to get a job. Similarly, other subjects also have the same condition.

In fact, most parents teach their children from childhood that they should bring maximum marks. The more marks, the bigger the job. So the pressure on children to take marks keeps increasing and many children suffer depression due to this pressure. And when their results do not come as expected, they take the wrong step.

How many of us have such parents who ask their child what he likes, what he wants to do, what he wants to be. We just give him a bag and tell you to take more marks than a child of such and such. A child is under pressure from parents, neighbors, relatives, schools, children of his class. Now how can anyone be normal in such a pressure? The population of India is 135 crores but even today, we are standing far behind in the world level in sports. Our children score above 90%, but how many of them have achieved success in any field globally. Today, on the 10th and 12th results, there is a fence on social media to tell the results of their children and these are all those people whose children have scored more than 90% marks. Those taking less than 90% of the marks did not share the results of their children on social media. Meaning the result of the rest of the children does not matter. But have you ever noted how many of these children have succeeded in a particular field. Or how many marks came in the 10th, 12th of the child who is successful.

This year, 12 lakh children are appearing in the CBSE Board 12th examination. Each state has its own state board. This year 23 lakh students had appeared in the UP State Board. In this way, every year, crores of children pass the 12th examination and lakhs take marks above 90%. But how many of these children are able to succeed in real life. Or who gets full credit for their studies. There are millions of children who do not get the opportunity to show their ability. They have to be forced to make a lump and to arrange for the bread of June 2 for their family. Many children are not allowed to proceed with reservations. Wherever they go, they get reservation in front of them. In our country, children are not able to get opportunities to study, except technical education, colleges are also not available for studying arts. The situation is even worse, especially for girls living in far flung and villages.

It is good to have good marks, but do not forget even those children who have fewer marks. Good marks are never a guarantee that they will succeed. As far as possible teach children what they can become a passion. One of the advantages of this is that the child will do that work in minimum facilities as well. Because that is his passion. Therefore, along with good training, teach your children good rites, art of living and good skills in which they are interested and then every child of yours will succeed. And India will also be self-sufficient.
