भारत के लिए अगले दो महीने बेहद चुनौतीपूर्ण !

कोरोना संक्रमण ने पिछले 4-5 दिन से भारत में जो रफ़्तार पकड़ी है वह बेहद चिंतापूर्ण है। अभी तक संक्रमित लोगों की संख्या 50 हजार से ऊपर जा चुकी है और मरने वाले लोगों की संख्या 1700 तक जा चुकी है। महाराष्ट्र, गुजरात और दिल्ली खतरनाक स्थिति में पहुंच गए है। हर तीसरे दिन संक्रमितों की संख्या डबल हो रही है। भारत में Lockdown की अवधि लगभग 45 दिन हुई है, बल्कि इससे पहले ही कई राज्यों ने Lockdown में छूट देनी शुरू कर दी है। भारत ने जिस रणनीति को कोरोना से लड़ने को सबसे मजबूत माना था, आज उसी रणनीति से कदम पीछे खींचना शुरू कर दिया है। इतनी बड़ी जनसंख्या वाले देश में यह स्थिति बेहद गंभीर परिणाम ला सकती है। यह कदम भारत को बेहद महंगा पड़ सकता है। 

मजदूरों का पलायन :

सरकार को जो काम Lockdown से पहले करना चाहिए था यानि प्रवासी मजदूरों को उनके घर पहुंचाने का कार्य Lockdown से पहले होना चाहिए था। लेकिन सरकार ऐसा करने में चूक कर गई। आजादी के बाद यह सबसे बड़ा पलायन है. और इस समय कोरोना भी उन इलाकों में पहुंच बना रहा है जहां इसके पहुंचने की सम्भावना ना के बराबर थी। 

तीर्थ यात्रियों की घर वापसी :

महाराष्ट्र से तीर्थ यात्री लोट रहे है और कोरोना भी साथ में सफर कर रहा है। पंजाब में संक्रमितों की संख्या में बड़ा इजाफा हुआ है। हरियाणा में भी श्रदालु संक्रमित पाए गए है। यही काम पहले तब्लिकि जमात से हुआ था। 

दूसरे राज्यों से लौटने वाले छात्र :

अन्य राज्यों में पढ़ रहे छात्र Lockdown की वजह से वही रुके हुए थे, लेकिन Lockdown की अवधि लगातार बढ़ने के कारण उनका भी घर लौटना जरूरी हो गया था। छात्रों का ऐसे समय घर आना और भी खतरनाक हो गया है। 

दिल्ली आजादपुर मंडी :

दिल्ली सरकार ने आजदपुर मंडी को खोलकर कोरोना के लिए एक और आसान रास्ता दे दिया। यहां से कोरोना का फैलाव अन्य राज्यों में और भी आसान हो गया। अब कोरोना शहरों से गाँव की और बड़ रहा है। आजादपुर मंडी की वजह से दिल्ली में तो संक्रमितों की संख्या बढ़ ही रही है साथ में जितने राज्यों में सब्जी दिल्ली से जाती है वहां पर भी संक्रमण फैलने लगा है। 

शराब की बिक्री :

अब ये समझ नहीं आ रहा की जब लोग 45 दिन से बिना शराब पिए रह रहे थे तो अब शराब की दुकानें खोलने की क्या आवश्यक्ता आन पड़ी थी। क्या केवल सरकार अपनी कमाई के लिए ये इतना बड़ा रिस्क ले रही है। करोड़ो लोगों को महामारी के मुँह में ढकेल रही है। ऊपर जितने भी कारण बताए गए है वो जनता और सरकार दोनों की मज़बूरी थी। लेकिन शराब बेचना, इसके लिए सरकार के पास कोई तर्क नहीं है सिवाय राजस्व इकट्ठा करने के। इसके तो नुकसान भी दोहरा है एक तो किसी प्रकार का कोई दिशा निर्देशों का पालन नहीं हो रहा है ऊपर से लोग शराब पीकर घर और बाहर दोनों जगह बेकाबू हो रहे है। शराब पीकर गाड़ी को चला रहे जिससे कई घटनाएं हो चुकी है। दूसरे घर में भी अशांति का माहौल बन रहा है। पैसा और स्वास्थ्य की बर्बादी सो अलग। 

कुल मिलाकर कोरोना को लेकर सरकार को शुरुआत में जितनी शाबाशी मिली थी वो सरकार ने सारी गवां दी है। सरकार के इन क़दमों से ना केवल कोरोना का खात्मा होने में देर लगेगी बल्कि जान माल की भी ज्यादा हानि होगी। भारत ने जो बढ़त कोरोना पर बनाई थी वो अब मंद पड़ने लगी है। और इस समय के हालात देखकर ऐसा लगता है आने वाले दो महीने बहुत ही खतरनाक साबित होंगे। इसलिए अपना ख्याल खुद रखिये अब सरकार से ज्यादा उम्मीद मत लगाइये।

The work that the government should have done before Lockdown i.e. the work of transporting migrant laborers to their homes should have been done before Lockdown. But the government failed to do so. This is the biggest exodus after independence. And at this time, Corona is also reaching into those areas where it was unlikely to reach.

Homecoming of pilgrims:

Pilgrims are rolling from Maharashtra and Corona is also traveling together. There has been a big increase in the number of infected people in Punjab. In Haryana too, Sradalu has been found infected. The same work was done from the Tablik Jamaat earlier.

Students returning from other states:

Students studying in other states stayed the same due to Lockdown, but due to the continuous extension of the lockdown period, they also needed to return home. Students coming home at such a time has become even more dangerous.

Delhi Azadpur Mandi:

The Delhi government opened Azadpur mandi and gave a more easy route to Corona. From here the spread of corona became even easier in other states. Now Corona is moving from cities to villages. Due to Azadpur mandi, the number of infected people is increasing in Delhi, as well as infection has started spreading in all the states where vegetable goes from Delhi.

Liquor sales:

Now it is not understood that when people were living without drinking for 45 days, then what was the need to open liquor shops. Is it only the government taking such a big risk for its earnings? An epidemic is pushing millions of people. All the reasons mentioned above were strong for both the public and the government. But selling liquor, the government has no rationale for it except to collect revenue. The disadvantages of this are also double, one is not following any kind of guidelines, from above, people are becoming uncontrollable both at home and outside by drinking alcohol. Drinking alcohol and driving the car, which has led to many incidents. An atmosphere of unrest is also being created in the second house. The waste of money and health is different.

Overall, the government has lost all the praise it received for the corona in the beginning. These steps of the government will not only delay the elimination of the corona, but will also cause more loss of life and property. The edge that India had made on the corona is now slowing down. And looking at the conditions of this time, it seems that the coming two months will prove to be very dangerous. So take care of yourself now don't expect more from the government.
