Corona में दिखी भारत की तस्वीर 

दुनिया में 53 लाख से ज्यादा लोगों बीमार करने वाला और करीब साढ़े तीन लाख लोगों को मौत की नींद सुलाने वाले वायरस ने अब भारत में कहर भरपाना शुरू कर दिया है। अब भारत में इसके रोगियों की संख्या एक लाख तीस हजार से ऊपर निकल चुकी है। और चार हजार के करीब लोग अपनी जान गंवा चुके है। अब तो हर रोज भारत में पांच हजार से ज्यादा लोग इस बीमारी का शिकार हो रहे है और आने वाले 2 महीने में संक्रमितों की संख्या में ये इससे भी ज्यादा इजाफा होगा। Lockdown की सरकार की नीति से संक्रमण फैलने की तीव्रता तो अवश्य कम हुई है लेकिन जो बढ़त हमने शुरू में बनाई थी वह अब खोते जा रहे है। और संक्रमण भी अब रफ़्तार पकड़ने लगा है। संक्रमण अब शहरों से गाँव की ओर बढ़ चला है।

प्रवासी जनता की समस्या 

Lockdown के कारण उन लोगों के सामने रोज़ी रोटी का बहुत बड़ा संकट खड़ा हो गया जो लोग कल कारखानों की रीढ़ समझे जाते थे। इतना ही नहीं ये वही लोग है जिनके दम पर इतनी बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था खड़ी हो पाई है।  आज हर छोटे बड़े शहर में इन्हीं लोगों के हाथों से तरक्की की इबारत लिखी गई है। लेकिन इन चमचमाती रौशनी से भरे शहरों में ये लोग आज भी अपने उसी सपने के साथ जीये जा रहे है जो सपना अपने गाँव से देखकर चले थे, एक अच्छी जिंदगी अपने बच्चों के लिए, एक सुरक्षित भविष्य अपने बुढ़ापे के लिए। आज उसी सपने को अपने पैरों तले रोंधते हुए ये लोग वापिस अपने मूल स्थान की ओर जा रहे है। 

आज ये जो दृश्य हम लोग और हमारी सरकार देख रही है ये हमारी सरकार और इसके चलाने वालों के लिए बहुत बड़ा प्रशन है। क्या हमने यही विकास किया है और यदि यही विकास की परिभाषा है तो ऐसा विकास नहीं चाहिए। सैंकड़ों मीलों का सफ़र पैदल तय करना, किसी के सर पर सामान है तो किसी के गोद में बच्चे है, किसी की पीठ पर बीमार व लाचार माता पिता है तो, कही पर गर्भवती महिलायें सड़क पर ही संतान जन्म देने को विवस है। एक 15 वर्ष की लड़की अपने बीमार बाबा को सैंकड़ों मील साइकिल पर लेके जाती है और हम अब उस लड़की को साइक्लिंग का ऑफर दे रहे है यदि उस लड़की या उस जैसी हजारों लाखों बच्चों को समय पर अपनी प्रतिभा दिखाने का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ होता तो शायद हिंदुस्तान आज ये सीन नहीं देख रहा होता। हमारे नीति निर्माताओं को आज का भारत देखना होगा, हमारी सरकार जो जनता की सरकार कहलाती है उसे अपने कथनी और करनी एक समान करनी होगी। 

इस Corona महामारी ने देश को आईना दिखाया है भारत की तरक्की का। ये वो  सच्चाई है जिससे देश के बहुत से लोग अंजान थे और हमारे नेताओं के सुर में सुर मिला के कहते थे 21 वीं सदी का भारत विश्व गुरु बनने जा रहा है। विश्व गुरु की नींव कभी भी ऐसी नहीं हो सकती। आज से हमारे नीति निर्माताओं को देश के लिए कुछ नया सोचने की जरुरत है।  बेशक आज हम बुलेट ट्रैन चलाये लेकिन उस ट्रैन के ट्रैक बिछाने वालों को भी हमे नहीं भूलना है। हमे उन लोगों को बुनयादी सुविधाएं देनी होगी ताकि भविष्य में उन लोगों को फिर से प्रवास का दंश न झेलना पड़े। तभी सही मायने में हम विश्व गुरु बनने की ओर अग्रसर होंगे।

The virus, which has sickened more than 5.3 million people in the world and killed nearly three and a half lakh people, has started wreaking havoc in India. Now the number of its patients in India has crossed one lakh and thirty thousand. And close to four thousand people have lost their lives. Now every day more than five thousand people are falling victim to this disease in India and in the coming 2 months, the number of infected people will increase even more. The government policy of Lockdown has certainly reduced the intensity of the spread of infection, but the gains we had made earlier are now being lost. And the infection is also catching pace now. The transition has now moved from cities to villages.

Problem of diaspora

The lockdown caused a huge crisis of livelihood to those who were considered to be the backbone of the factories yesterday. Not only this, these are the people on whose own such a large economy has been able to stand. Today, in every small and big city, the writing of promotion has been written by these people. But in these glittering light-filled cities, these people are still living with the same dreams that Sapna had gone through from her village, a good life for her children, a safe future for her old age. Today, with the same dream under their feet, these people are going back to their original place.

Today this scene which we and our government are seeing, is a big question for our government and its runners. Have we made this development and if this is the definition of development, then such development should not be done. Traveling for hundreds of miles, walking on one's head, having children on one's head, sick and helpless parents on one's back, then pregnant women are confident of giving birth to children on the road. A 15-year-old girl takes her sick Baba on a bicycle for hundreds of miles and we are now offering cycling to that girl. If that girl or thousands of similar children had the opportunity to show their talent on time, then perhaps India would not be watching this scene today. Our policy makers will have to see today's India, our government, which is called the people's government, will have to do its utterances and do the same.

This Corona epidemic has shown the country a mirror of India's progress. This is the truth from which many people of the country were unaware and in the tone of our leaders, they used to say that 21st century India is going to become world guru. The foundation of Vishwa Guru can never be like this. From today our policy makers need to think of something new for the country. Of course, today we run a bullet train, but those who are laying the track of that train do not forget us. We will have to provide basic facilities to those people so that in future they will not have to bear the brunt of migration again. Only then will we truly move towards becoming a world guru.
