एक ताली किसान के लिए

Lockdown के कारण पुरे देश में आर्थिक गतिविधियां रुक गई है। इस समय केवल जरुरी सेवाएं ही चल रही है और इन जरुरी सेवाओं में  सबसे पहले खाने का पर्याप्त सामान सबके पास हो। दूसरी जरुरी सेवाओं में मेडिकल स्टाफ, पैरामेडिकल स्टाफ, सुरक्षा एजेंसीज और प्रशासनिक अधिकारी व कर्मचारी और दूसरे सेवा संघठन दिन रात काम कर रहे है। पुरे देश में इन सेवारत लोगों के लिए ताली बजाकर इनका सम्मान किया गया। इन संकट के समय में इन्हीं  कोरोना वारियर का सहारा है पूरा देश इन्हीं लोगों के भरोसे है। मै इन सबके लिए भगवान से इनकी लम्बी उम्र की दुआ करता हूँ और इनके परिवार की सुख शांति की कामना भी करता हूँ। लेकिन इन सबके बीच एक खुदा का बंदा भी है जो हमारे लिए सबसे जरुरी चीज अन्न पैदा करता है, वो है किसान। 

किसान जो पूरी दुनियां की भूख मिटाता है वो कुदरत की मार भी सबसे ज्यादा सहन करता है। 4-6 महीने तक कुदरत की मार झेलकर, पुरे परिवार का पसीना बहाकर और साहूकार के आगे हाथजोड़कर एक उम्मीद पालता है। और कभी तो उसकी उम्मीद पूरी हो जाती है और कभी फिर से नई उम्मीद लेकर अपने खेत में चल पड़ता है। इस देश का सबसे बड़ा रोजगार दाता, सभी के पेट के लिए अन्न पैदा करने वाला, सबसे ज्यादा कुदरत की मार सहने वाला, सबसे बड़ा वोट बैंक लेकिन सबसे ज्यादा अनदेखी भी इसकी होती है। और आज Lockdown में भी सबसे बड़ा इम्तिहान इसी का है। सीमित संसाधनों में आज किसान को अपनी फसल का आखरी चरण पूरा करना होगा। मजदूर तो इस बार है ही नहीं, मशीने भी कम है।  और सरकार के दिशा निर्देशों का भी पालन करना है। अंत में इतना ही कहूंगा की एक ताली किसान के लिए भी होनी चाहिए।

The farmer who eradicates the hunger of the whole world also tolerates the worst of nature. After surviving 4-6 months of nature, by sweating the entire family and joining hands with the moneylender, one hopes. And sometimes his hopes are fulfilled and sometimes he starts again in his farm with a new hope. This country's largest employer, the one who produces food for everyone's stomach, the one who suffers the most, the largest vote bank, but also the most overlooked. And today, even in Lockdown, it is the biggest test. Today the farmer has to complete the last phase of his crop with limited resources. There is no labor this time, the machine is also less. And the government's guidelines also have to be followed. In the end, it would say that a clap should also be for the farmer.
